Overview
Zyrook (“we”, “us”) built Wow Wallpaper as an ad-supported wallpaper gallery. This policy explains what information the app and related website process, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed the product so you can browse wallpapers without creating an account.
Information we process
- Wallpaper catalog content. The app downloads wallpaper metadata and images from our servers so you can browse and apply walls. Request logs may include standard technical data such as IP address, device type, and timestamps.
- On-device preferences. Unlock status, apply windows, and similar settings are stored locally on your device (for example via platform preferences). This data stays on your device unless you clear app storage.
- Advertising identifiers. We use Google AdMob to show banner and rewarded ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and usage signals according to Google’s policies. On iOS, tracking prompts (App Tracking Transparency) may appear when required.
- Local notifications. With your permission, the app schedules local reminders using text stored in the app. These notifications are generated on your device and are not sent from our servers.
- Optional support email. If you contact us, we receive whatever you include in the message (usually your email address and the content of your request).
Information we do not require
Wow Wallpaper does not require you to register an account, provide a name, or upload personal photos to use the core gallery. We do not sell your personal information.

- Deliver and improve the wallpaper catalog experience
- Show ads that support a free app
- Measure basic reliability and abuse prevention on our APIs
- Respond to support requests you send us
Third-party services
Depending on platform and configuration, we may use:
- Google AdMob for advertisements. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Hosting / API providers that power our backend (for example cloud database and object storage) to serve wallpaper data securely.
These providers process data under their own terms. We encourage you to review their policies.
Permissions
- Photos / media (optional). Used when you save or share a wallpaper through system share sheets.
- Notifications (optional). Used only for local reminders you can disable in system settings.
- Internet. Required to load the catalog, images, and ads.
Data retention
Local preferences remain on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security, debugging, and operations. Support emails are retained as long as needed to resolve your request.
Children
Wow Wallpaper is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Disable notifications in your device settings
- Limit ad tracking in iOS/Android privacy settings
- Clear app storage or uninstall to remove local data
- Contact us to ask questions about this policy or your data
International users
Our servers and service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. By using the app, you understand that information may be transferred to those locations subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
